"Encounter Scape"

The target site is centrally located in the Gyeongsan Venture Startup Revitalization District and has various spatial potentials. We propose a win-win platform with three themes to induce natural encounters between various users such as entrepreneurs, creators, and local residents centered on 'The Cube' where the relationship between each facility occurs.

1. Convergence Platform (1st and 2nd floors)

Various cultural and support programs are arranged in a three-dimensional manner and play the role of a public facility.

2. Incubation Platform (3rd-5th floors)

Various startup support facilities, a space for communication among makers, and an expanding startup ecosystem without boundaries

3. Social platform (6th floor)

An independent space that supports residents' lives and various forms of exchange and social events
