"RAINBOW VILL, where the landscape of the city and nature permeates the complex"

We wanted to create a complex with a variety of expressions that communicate with the boundaries surrounding the target site. The complex was divided into five themed landscape villages of 120-300 units centered on the axis of communication connecting the city and nature. Different landscapes were formed according to the nature of the street facing the site, allowing the cityscape to permeate into the complex, and penthouses were differentiated according to the characteristics of the village to create collective housing. The low-rise community along the living street is organized into three themes and planned with an open space structure to create a place for sharing and sharing with the community.

1. Landscape villages that consider the urban context : 5 villages that connect nature and the city

In order to create a diversified village rather than a complex, we planned the complex into five small villages in consideration of the urban context, and each village was arranged with residential buildings of different heights and formats to form a three-dimensional landscape in response to the city streets.

2. Collective houses that capture the expression of life: distinctive main buildings at various scales

To give each village an identity, we planned penthouses with three differentiated themes according to the characteristics of each village. The top floors and various types of residential buildings that reflect individual lives become the pride of the residents.

3. A community of communication open to the community: a three-dimensional community with a local symbiosis theme

Along the living street, we planned three themed communities specializing in interaction, alleyways, and education. Each facility has an open space structure along the street, and the courtyards and paths become a place for communication with the local community.
