Three cluster villages were planned along the two axes connecting the city and nature and along the living streets to adapt to the surrounding environment. The complexes connected around the Harmony Yard are connected to themed yards, living SOCs, and a wellness community in the forest, and are connected to pocket community spaces that can be shared among neighbors by planning customized living, yard-sharing, and wide-open unit households that meet the needs of residents.
