"Cloud Hill"

The Yongsan Electronic Shopping District, where Yongsan Electronic Land is located, is in need of a response to current issues such as the changing status and conditions of the Yongsan area and housing supply. Yongsan Electronics Land has been reviewing the development plan for a long time, and as a final step, it held a nomination contest to select an architect.

'Cloud Hill' is a residential, business, hotel, commercial, and cultural complex with the following main objectives.

1. To create a three-dimensional connection with the newly developed international business district, compounding the existing linear urban structure and increasing the value of the complex.

2. The tower was shaped and arranged to provide a permanent view of the Han River on the western side of the site.

3. Various commercial and cultural facilities were created in connection with the site and the adjacent Yusuji Park, creating a complex that blends nature, culture, and art.
