Geoje Enterprise Innovation Park is a project that promotes sustainable growth of the local economy with the creation of the Geoje Jangmok Tourism Complex as the anchor project, and strengthens the international competitiveness of cities and industries through the construction of a hinterland city for the world-class Gadeokdo New Airport.

- Attracting new businesses and building a settlement environment in an undeveloped area with growth potential as a hinterland of Gadeok New Airport

- Establishing space design guidelines that maximize the unique urban functions of each zone through a mood strategy based on natural environment analysis and an emotional language model that reflects the mood and feeling of the space.

- Triangular arrangement of three anchor facilities in the center of the project site, and placement of major settlement and infrastructure facilities on the north side of the project site where existing settlements are located.
